Gimv presented us with a challenge: to loosen their usually tight image for a day. The challenge was to host a ‘thank you’ evening that was both engaging and unique.
We transported everyone into a Björn Borg Retro Sports realm. Sweatbands and retro sportswear created an instant sense of togetherness, put to the test during petanque and cornhole competitions. In September 2022, we orchestrated the MEXS 2022 conference in Tilburg for Merz Aesthetics. Over two dynamic days, 150 plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors, and sales managers converged for interesting presentations, interactive workshops, live sessions, and networking. At the elegant Van der Valk Hotel, we crafted an immersive experience that united aesthetics and innovation. Building a brand-new traning center but not being able to celebrate its opening due to a pandemic: that happened to our client Alcon. After two years it was time to put it right after all! We ensured the training center was given a festive touch and opened it in the presence of clients, the mayor and other stakeholders. It had to leave an impression, and it did!
